Remote Support - Terms and Conditions

  1. Backup Express Pty. Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any interruption to the normal operation of your computer, or for any damage to hardware, software or configuration that occurs as a result of using Remote Support.

  2. You accept that once connected to your computer, our support engineer has complete Administrator-level access to the computer for the duration of the Remote Support session. You may choose to allow our engineer to work on the computer unsupervised, but you do so at your own risk.

  3. Our engineers will not require that you provide them with passwords or any other sensitive information. You may choose to divulge information of this nature at your own risk.

  4. You are responsible for ensuring that access is correctly terminated at the end of the session, by disconnecting the session and closing the remote support software on your computer.
